most people wait on he sidelines to jump in and once news hits is when they start jumping in like crazy.. the low volume is a great sign that the convertible debt that was there before Billy took over SEGN is done! the insane thing is over 1-2 million dollars worth of this stock has traded in a month yet only 11 million share or so was added to the O/S not no 400 million not 100 million... and around 59 million shares have traded in a months time as well... and as of the 15th of may there was only 50 share holders...
