The problem with low floats and small OS is they can be easily manipulated... we hit .01 .. lots of people are being shook right now that bought in above .012 hoping for a 100-200% gain today.

others that held from subs were seeing if they could get just a little more from the run.

since it didn't gap and go , people are exiting.
