I see. Doesn’t that also incentivize Maxim to sell the stock at a cheaper price which then increases the O/S more? On the face of it, that’s what it looks like.

that's an interesting situation...so far, I don't see it being particularly easy to find investors willing to buy up $11.6 mil bucks worth of kblb shares...

kim will have to step up or the sale price is going to be very low...
