Has to be one of the extreme opposite of what usual happens to a stocks price after news of RS, as we all know they usual tank hard, it also has to be one of the more interesting way that they are trying to convince share holder's that a RS is a good thing in today's PR form 14A example of it, perhaps many investors think it's there only option and better in the long run than ending up on the OTC.
