I'm thinking if another PP was needed, it would have happened a long time ago rather than MS bumping up and extending the credit facility he provided. Also, we won't have any Lind pressure on the SP tomorrow like we have in the past after positive news.

I agree, the delay on the 'Project Finance Package' may very well have been contingent upon a successful outcome with the 'Air Construction Permit' in hand...just throwing it out there.

Curious how the market responds tomorrow?...I guess Frankfurt is first to find out!..
