What would a deal on the table have to do with financials tbh at are due for period ending 12/31/19?
If a deal was done they would have to announce it with an 8K within 4 days anyway. A new deal would not stop the financials from being released that were due for end of last year. Greg used the virus as a scapegoat to hide the horrible fins a bit longer.
