Yeah I think it will see higher highs when thee SEGN market markers stop manipulating the heck out of the price.. If you read up OTCX is the number 1 manipulator and shorter of Micro stocks again and again and again that some say that is their main goal and function. I also think why we don't see updates on otc website or the Nevada sos is until all paper are signed and done you can't just say XXX person is a director and this other person is a director you have to have it signed by them and everything ready to go before putting it there you also have that old management is over seas that they are having to deal with..
