Stock promotions are used to sell stock. Period.

If APRU is paying for a promotion, it means management plans to dilute more shares.

If someone else is paying for promotion, it means they plan to sell shares they already own.

Any company that "wants exposure" for the purpose of selling PRODUCT will advertise the product, not the shares.

We know that promotions are used for pump and dump scams, but is it also a tool for legit companies trying to build their exposure?
