at this point I wouldn't doubt they are close to submitting the Q to auditors as well if they haven't already?... I believe they already stated the K has been submitted just waiting...Q likely has been worked on during this period.
However taking just 30-45 minutes to put together a PR could send shock waves thru the system...
will she or won't she...that is the question...if not then must wait till the next Q.
