Its possible. But realistically I would see .2 to .5 being more feasable. Granted this is assuming they win the bid. This doesn't count any other contracts or revenue they have in the works. So either way is possible but I try to keep a realistic approach since there will be major dumping along the way up. Remember there has to be people willing to pay that amount per share for it to get that high.
I'd love to believe the 360 million possible revenue, but I think Mag had a good point yesterday that it could just be 2 and not 4,500. I asked this question on twitter and I expect there will be no answer. I find it a little hard to believe it's that much money. This would be massive.
