WE will never know. I told a pal to buy directly from the company at 50 cents about a year or more ago and have kept him up to date with all the press releases and even the naked short attacks. So he also have 50% Warrant coverage. He bot 50,000 common and it came with 25,000 warrants. As a Pal from Georgia says, he made a fotune. Not fortion but fo tune.

He sold around 10% with the only objective of risk aversion. He has never owned anything close to CYDY. His broker puts him into low risk investments that I consider stupid. BUT, his broker knows his risk tolerance ability.

I suggested not selling that 10% until it crossed 10$.

If we have 5000 shareholders we have 5000 opinions. We can not always use logic to discover who will sell or why. There is emotion involved.
