I was very surprised to find one mortgage I took out in 2015 for the same amount I borrow the same amount and my monthly payment is nearly half that of the 2015. Prices haven’t fallen to much but seems sellers don’t want to be holding the bag so to speak . Out look I suspect for this year is 4.7% growth in property .But that’s my IMO
