I just applied for my 4th $450,000 plus mortgage yesterday. Buying in a very good area in Fort Lauderdale at a discount price.!! The market is ripe for buyers.
Over the course of 3 months my real state partner has seen a high amount of offers at discounted cash prices here in south Florida. With low interest rates it’s a no brainer .
