From what I saw it was at .0033 so don't see how it could be anything other than a buy. Huge amount of dollar volume going into this stock recently. I've been fooled lately on some others but all signs here point to multipennies in the near future.

23 mill@close or intraday but unreported. MMs are allowed to make those kinds of tricks.

They hide the real operation during the day but have to report at the end of the day. Those 23 mill at an average of 0033 show big fish loading.
