Why did it run so high, so fast though? Giant news followed by giant dilution? I'm too impulsive and risky and buy things without doing enough, dd, like a lot of us here! I'm a high risk gambler who also doesn't love money as much as most do! I live very modestly and still would if I were wealthy, pretty content with simple life! I still like making money, don't get me wrong, just not as careful as a lot of people are, lol! My house is paid off, my kids are raised, one's a successful Real Estate agent and the other just got her Bachelors. I own a successful business and gamble away all the extra income I make, lol! The bad part is, my retirement will come quite a bit later than I originally planned! UNLESS of course, I hit three or four 10 baggers in a row! Good luck everyone!

You're pretty close

to bottom $1.24/ 90:10 split is 0.01777

$2.50 = .02777

$5 = .05555

$10 = .1111

They don't have all the shares they need. It was $86,000,000.00 in cash $164,000,000.00 in property where I come from and the company is still holding. imho

They need about 80,000,000 yet of company held shares $86,000,000 cash/ 80,000,000 = $1.075

$1.075 X 90 = $96.75 X 100,000,000 put Corporate at 9.675 billion evaluation That put a IPO at about $10

But then

Where I come from...

The fundamental on the Primary was 300 Billion Market Cap on 1.4 Billion Share and over 11 Billion in sale...

That is $214 per share

IYP (Internet Yellow Pages) or a "Intuitive Computer Codex" divvy's were a Extra Bonus. Intellectual rights were keep by the company, however it was farmed out for outside development. The rights to develop it were also sold to a silent investor for development. Divvy's are sometimes issued instead of a cash payment we all got divvy's...should be about 400 million. Maybe 332 as there was this TORQ thing with 168 million shares. Maybe they need all 500 million TLSS shares

TLSS just seem to fit the model of a Target company. As when there is a Market Fail to Deliver. The Market doesn't get to choose where the shares come from. The Principle does. imho

GTLT... TLSS

90:10 split though

at $1.24 would be $111.16 and $12.40 respectively...

Where I come from there was an agreement for a reset of SS's 1 had about 100 million shares the other about 500 million shares
