Maybe with things loosening up a bit the rig will start moving. I would like to see a few photos of the rig being disassembled and making ready for transport.
Quite real those arm in arm transactions and bankruptcy dispositions before during and after the judges ruling. Judges get invitations all the time to sink a few kickback bucks into certain drilling programs that seem like a sure thing like offset wells or where 3D says black gold below. The oil patch is one smelly foul place.
For the sake of the success of the company I really hope they put aside any tricks and pay heed to where they are drilling. Any robust over anxious plans may meet with God's wrath instead of his blessings.
