EWLL has a product. A few national PT chains are using the platform in US/Canada (ATI, Juvonno, Benifits by design) Its an early stage SAAS platform. Normally I'd agree with 20B shares it would look and feel like PD... if they didn't have a product. I highly doubt this is a PD. Mark it
