I have no wall, my bids are all .001 to .0008. That wall is tiny compared to how much is sitting at that level through .002, and I mean tiny.

didn't look like whoever had the wall up was to worried about it being taken down, I think this is more of just traders that had built a position at .0018 over the past few weeks and are trying to bailout even, hoping someone takes their block.
