Where's the linearx efficacy outcome (Takis preclinical study repeated with linear dna)?

Are we waiting for first three external labs to repeat Adnas' work?

Are we only now in possible business now Takis seems to become funded? Is any European and/or Italian governmental approval still neccesary somewhere?
