The stock isn’t “beaten into the ground” because of the general stock market being down or economic concerns. This stock and its CEO have been frauds from the start and that’s why there is no value here. No one will ever seen a penny if the company is sold and the shell being sold doesn’t help current shareholders either. Maybe it catches a bid when suckers pile into the stock if the ticker is sold but no reason to hold this thing long term.
