NOT so. The domain name CONTAINS A TRADEMARKED WORD, lost.
It's quite simple. BUT let's have clawmann, a real lawyer, post his opinion over the weekend, hopefully. Especially re: "Bad faith"..the fact the registrar was AT the meeting where qode was introduced and new "qode" belonged to NeoMedia... claww, does that enter in to "bad faith"?
