Remember that the PR was released after the close, then the business update next morning. Thus, Ken was reluctant to release a partnership news then had to hold that news for a year to release it in 10 days. Great job, Ken! Yes! the wording "announced today that it will release results". That "it" is a clear indicator that a takeover is likely if not certain. If they said "we" or Advaxis, that would be a standard announcement, with only new partnership or two. The "it" indicates a total takeover, since it cannot be interpreted specifically about Advaxis, but must include the Big Pharma acquirer as well. Trust me, I played a lawyer on TV. Likely this takeover will occur at an absurd valuation as can be read between the lines if you look closer at the recent stock strength when bouncing off the lows. How much more evidence do you need? The only sad thing is that the acquirer will get this so cheap at only 20x or so the current price. This is worth way more, like Kite and Juno at their highest.
