But creating 2 new separate entities out of this merger validates that Neurotrope has tons of potential and the ability to brand itself separately in the quest to cure Alzheimer’s

Perhaps, current Management believe Neurotrope will be bought out within a year or so, and in the meantime are using 2020 as an opportunity to start another healthcare company with promise, while NTRP (NBI) starts its long term phase 2
