#2157 RE: walhall #2156

My confidence is buoyed by the fact that Judge Joe Spraker dismissed the involuntary bankruptcy and VT was awarded punitive damages. Dan did somehow win some back pay, however his creditors from his own Non-Discharged Personal BK will get to feast on that measly amount. And I'm not keeping track but I believe it's Wallen 6 wins in court vs Dan 0 wins? So, yes, definitely confidence building to me, but to those who oppose / or former leadership, not so confidence building, just continued projection.

No Ooops. How many Shareholder meetings have we had in the last 11 years? Not many. But if this is the only way the opposition or ill-informed can get their information regarding CVBT/VT, then therein lies the problem for them. I'm not worried. Furthermore, CVBT/VT is a PRIVATE company and can do what they want within the laws of a PRIVATE company.

Also, I am not leadership. I am an investor who once wrote this company off because of the former failed CEO's leadership and once I learned we could make a change and vote him out, you didn't have to ask me twice. Since then, I went the extra step and signed the NDA form and have been in contact with the current management on a regular basis.

And lastly, someone once asked me why I follow this message board. Well, I follow this message board because I like to stay informed about what others are saying; primarily the opposition. I'm looking for a reason to doubt the current leadership but what the opposition says ad nauseam have been debunked many times over and only builds my confidence. The current management have not said or done anything - yet - to lose my confidence. However, I will be the first to congratulate the opposition if what they are saying is true and CVBT/VT does go out of business. Do I see this happening? Not even close.
