I never have either but I believe it can be. That's why I asked. I believe all SEC filings are reviewed prior to being published. Hence "Pending news" catagory. I don't think they will halt prior to news (earnings) release, but it's possible in my opinion. I expect movement significant enough that could trigger a halt. 10% move in 5 minutes would only be $.25 if the stock hits $2.50 which I also believe.
