I would think we could get to $ 3-4 sooner than later by ourselves. I thought a buy out could make a bigger impact than $3-4 Imo

One reason would be immediate profit/value of 300+% of current. That frees up your cash to move on to make money elsewhere, rather than sitting in this one stock both waiting & hoping you make your end goal. There is no guarantee $TLSS hits 2-3 dollars. The future is completely uncertain.

As they say, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
