What do you mean "they" know?

Everyone knows that the 10-K will be bad to neutral, this has already been priced into the market... Duh!

What you fail to comprehend is the the last quarter of 2019 is where the company started turning things around and this will be reflected in the 10-K

Also reflected will be the fact that the company has turned profitable and is growing at an amazing rate (I would use EXPONENTIAL but your bud doesn't like that word). With the growth came additional contracts for the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System and additional fluid sales which translated in to major revenue (I would use SIGNIFICANT but your bud don't like that word).

Much of this info will be reflected in the "Subsequent Events" section of the 10-K which will light the fuse. The confirmation in the 10-Q's that will follow will put this stock on a trajectory to the OTCQB and subsequently NASDAQ (I would have said TO DA MOON but your bud doesn't like that one either).

Waiting on the 10-Q, that's where we'll have the 1st profitable quarter since inception. Every long knows that, shorts are getting toasted left and right from what I've read ;) PCTL
