The v-Wave median value is 45.75. There is no median value for the Cumulative. Its scale is meaningless.

Just the Slope of the line has meaning. If it's positive, it means risk has been above the median value for a while. If negative Slope, then risk is falling, if near zero Slope, like most of 2019, then risk is very close to median value.
