All of my companies are late again. No offense to these companies we invest in but micro pubcos are not the most profitable clients for auditors like big board clients whom the auditor can constantly siphon fees from. When I was at the biggest bank in the country, PWC used to live at headquarters.....I know we are not using PWC but you get the drift....
