I have said that they have been restructuring the company and the balance sheets and would assume they have added staff and management because prior to mr Pawson taking over they had a ceo who was the brains behind all of the led and solar products but since he left they needed someone to take over where Peter Sollene left off at and he was able to sign some partnership deals prior to his departure. These moves can only be successful if they have enough people involved in the distribution and the marketing of the product
