Both positivism and negativism are fine for discussion until they get to the polarized extreme of intractability. Sadly, that's where this conversation has gone in just one weekend's time.

Who makes that decision about when a discussion crosses that point of extreme polarized intractability? It will always be subject to never-ending debate. Where is that stated in the First Amendment? Seems more like a trespass on God-given human rights. Censorship is always fine until it silences your own ability to express your thoughts. Fannie and Freddie would not exist in their present form had their not been free debate.
