I guess they are so inept that they forgot to make a notification to finra, otc markets, or the Nevada Secretary of State

But if he says he is in control then I guess that makes it so

Make sure and let him know that there are actual procedures that he might want to look into in regard to public companies

Yes, it does take time...the Nevada SOS site takes about 5 minutes...unless you are still working with dial up....the it takes about 20 minutes. Otc markets about the same. When you submit to finra it takes a couple of days
