Could you explain how a buyout could happen if RCPIQ is in bankruptcy. I do hope it happens.

There is ZERO chance of a buyout.

The stock is worthless. It is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and all assets have been liquidated. All that is left is for the trustee to confirm to the Bankruptcy Court that the proceeds from the asset liquidation have been distributed to the creditors and how much debt remains unpaid. At that point, the company will be wound up and disappear.

Anyone holding RCPIQ shares will lose 100% of their investment. And, either the SEC or FINRA could decide to pull the plug on the public trading at any time, without warning.

That could be as soon as today.
