brewskih: C'mon, man. Get with it. You try to tell us you know so much about NEOM. If you really did, you'd know that what you propose as reason for the "paint sale" not being finalized is utter garbage.

Remember, the announced buyer was/is a Technology PARTNER of NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair. Like he didn't know what he was getting into and what the potential was/is.

http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?repo=tenk&ipage=4480437&doc=1&total=&back=2&...

"On August 30, 2006, NeoMedia signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell its Micro Paint Repair business unit to Jose Sada, a technology partner of NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair, backed by Global Emerging Markets Group of New York City. The letter of intent calls for completion of the transaction on or before November 24, 2006."

Gimme a break, brewskih. Why do you constantly go round in circles and forget/omit information?

Also, why do you keep dodging my previous question(s)?

Can you give it to us straigh, please?

Do you think highly at all of NEOM's tech, patent portoloio and management?

also...

Explain to US how you see NeoMedia NEVER making ANY significant revenue from qode.

TIA,
lns

Golden Rule applies IMO, regardless of corporate law or whatever else you want to shake about, either they keep Cornell happy, pay them off, or they hand 'em the keys. He who has the gold maketh the rules.

all good points...and i certainly don't mean to imply i have an inside track on info, and i certainly don't believe 100% of what a disgruntled employee may have said, third hand.
im just trying to interpret events based upon what i read and know from experience...also, im sure the preferred has covenants in it, and if the covenants are not met and NEOM is in default, cornell would certainly weild more influence that if they weren't. again, all pure conjecture..food for thought. also, maybe the paint sale is taking longer because a buyer is being financed by cornell..or perhaps it is cornell that wants to buy paint...whatever it is, it's taking longer..im sure the DD may have had something to do with it..we'll see soon.
degree of influence notwithstanding, i feel strongly cornell is calling the shots to a large degree....just my opinion.
all i know is from a neom investor standpoint, im glad cj is gone.
