No Halb Transition corporation is the surviving entity which has nothing to do with Technology Health Inc. The ticker for Technology Health Inc. FKA Halberd Corp was transferred to Alaric Corporation along with the 2 billion shares. Technology Health Inc. FKA Halberd has shares but no trading ticker listed with FINRA.
