It's a share exchange, 25 BUDT for one share of Ealixir. Ealixir is currently not listed on any exchange, by doing this they are stepping in the listing the BUDT has. You give 25 shares from a company without much value to get 1 share from a company which is believed to have a certain value (over 100Mio as Ealixir announced by audited calculations).

Not the usual reversed split without any change in company fundamentals. The ususal RS to simply open a new opportunity for huge dilution on shareholder's expense is not like this.
