He is right. It is in their filings to increase a/s to 10B.

I own a boat load of shares here so I’m not bashing. It’s just a fact. Unless they never got implemented yet but OTCM has a/s at 1.25B as of 5/5/20. The increase is happening on 5/20/20 so OTCM isn’t up to date with the actual a/s. We will see what happens.
