After close can’t be a good sign at all IMO. Good news needs to be released prior to opening bell or during the trading day. That way we reap the rewards.

Any public company will tell you only bad news is friday after hours. It gives investors time to digest it and get over it. There is no upside to giving positive news on a friday post market. You give it pre market so the stock can run. The saying always is good news comes early bad news comes late. If this doesnt come tomorrow AM it's not all good news
