CV is not the only CBD company with GRAS(See CW). And CV's GRAS study showed some toxic effects on various organs, including testicles, while CW's did not.

I posted that none of these companies have the ability to differentiate themselves from the other, nor can they prove through science that their product has a specific effect others do not.

Try running a VRIO on CVSI's patent, then reassess your statement. It is an actual competitive advantage that is Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, and Exploitable.
