This is not true and is only the opinion of non-cannabis users as they cannot tell the difference between rope and dope. I invite anyone here to make themselves a tincture from fiber hemp. No one does it for a reason.

The chemical known as CBD is the same chemical, regardless of source, but there is absolutely such a wide variety of hemp, that anyone who says otherwise has just not really looked into it. I'll always agree with you and I-Glow that CBD is a commodity. However, I will never agree with you about hemp being only a commodity. It is both a commodity and a finished product depending on how you grow it, process it, and sell it.
