The bottom line is - Do the labels accurately reflect what is in the product? That will be telling.

This post is completely false and is especially ridiculous to anyone who has ever read the Farm Bill. This part in particluar is just a crazy thing to say and is completely made up:

The Industrial hemp as originally envisioned in the bill was the naturally non-THC product.

I mean come on already with the dishonest stuff. The Farm Bill literally rescheduled hemp derived THC off of the CSA, but you're telling people there was some original version focused on non-THC hemp? There is no such thing! The ONLY cannabinoid explicitly mentioned in the Farm Bill is THC. CBD is not mentioned even once:

(b) Tetrahydrocannabinol.--Schedule I, as set forth in section
202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)), is amended
in subsection (c)(17) by inserting after ``Tetrahydrocannabinols'' the
following: ``, except for tetrahydrocannabinols in hemp (as defined
under section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946)''.

Approved December 20, 2018.

So far the answer to that question is NO for CW, YES for CVSI.
