My thoughts specific to the timing of the offering

The downside for me is there is potential that it was offered prior to galid. trial because they think it will fail and wanted to do it while there was still interest.

I am not saying that's the case, but it is clearly one of the potential reasons for the timing

But I think most of this forum believes no matter what happens, the stock will be worth minimum $7 come December even in worst scenario, even with dilution and a failed trial
