I believe that they have been buying regularly for the last 2 years. I don’t believe any selling has been happening. Remember way back when they explained all of the trouble they were having securing a brokerage to handle the buyback. They tried for many months unsuccessfully finding a company to do that. I have a feeling they came up with another legal option. Maybe that’s why they publicly said they weren’t overly concerned with the share price.
This truly is just my opinion.
