Stock is down 64% over the last year. Must be in worst 5% of performers in the entire wilshire5000

As I type all this I now know what Art was fired: over promise and underdeliver over last 5 years with the proof not just in the stock price but topped off with the post-termination RTF, which is beyond the icing on the cake -
