im thinking that it is the notes that are converting, thats why we see a price difference than the PPS at close. Ive actually been writing down all the "average" trades volume, which usually happen after hours, to match it up with when the Share Structure updates again.
FYI: since last Share Structure update on 5/8 there have been approximately 21.5 million "average" (after hours) volume, but they are not always after hours.... some have happened during the trading day.
