It is getting a bit "Dombey and Sons", so I am not sure about the courts saving anything

Maybe a SCOTUS hail mary, but I am afraid we are all going to eat it with regard to whatever Mnuchin and Calabria want to feed us

Sadly, the Courts are no friends to GSE's or shareholder either. Having these lawsuits in effect for over a decade in most cases with many of them never seeing the inside f a courtroom yet plays in to exactly who's hands? The Plaintiffs? The GSE's? The Shareholders? It plays in to the hands of the Defendants every day and twice on Sunday. Courts are of no substantive value to any of the above. Neither is Congress. Neither is Treasury. Neither is POTUS.
