As to orders for the Brett Favre. There is a supply chain issue via Covid-19 that directly affects the ability to produce jerseys. There is a virus out there I think. In the coming weeks or months when things open up again they should be able to get back on track.

Noteholders are no longer in control. Period! They can deal with the Noteholders in one of several ways as I see it.

1. They can bring the financials current at some point after making a deal with the Noteholders that is favorable to GFTX which is as good as it gets for the Noteholders

2. They can keep it non-reporting forever keep the subsidiaries under the GFTX umbrella where the operations of the subsidiaries will directly affect GFTX common stock price even though its non reporting

3. They can also look to deal with the Noteholders in Chapter 11 or a reorganization in NJ or NV where the Noteholders will be in a perilous place where they may get only a fraction of what they are owed if anything

4. They can spin off the other three companies into their own separate public markets under one of the three scenarios above or a combination of all three. In that case GFTX shareholders will benefit directly since GFTX will have a balance sheet and/or Income statement that is directly connected to the other three public companies whereby it is the majority shareholder and be able to report its pro rata share of revenue and profit. Henceforth, the company at some point will become fully reporting again when the Noteholders are out of the picture or part of the picture in a benign way.

The guy at the helm is a very smart guy and has restructured companies with much more complicated issues than the ones here. This is potentially a sleeping giant IMHO. So your opinion matters STOCKBULL. But its just an opinion like mine.

Lets see who ends up being right
