It seems that way. The volume today is nuts. The entire last-known (on OTCMarkets) sharesoutstanding has been traded in a single day. It also looks like PAUL had the courtesy to wait till last 10mins of the day to sell some shares. Entire situation seems to be improving. The PPS (on a non-PR day of all days), the rate of dilution, etc.
