what is meant, if buying, hit the ask....I always buy at the ask....imo, if worth buying , it is worth buying at the ask......say you think this is going to 5 dollars....what does a tenth of a cent mean?? there is a risk in anything so I never try to ascertain someones risk medium...that is up to them...
