Yeah, I mean without direct dilution I don't know how it's possible with current share structure. If you gave everyone 250K (conservative) in shares you're looking at 1/4 the float if they are buying up the shares. That's why preferred shares for this arrangement makes most sense. Dilution that's down the line once the company is more established and succeeeding and rewards their efforts. JMO
